Processing Time

All Uh-oh! orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Orders over $65 ship free. Orders under $65 ship for a flat $11. Need it sooner? Express shipping ($15) is available at checkout: usually 1–3 business days to metro areas and 2–5 to regional areas.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• Metro areas: 3–6 business days
• Regional areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays and public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within Australia only. We're working on expanding — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@uh-oh.au with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
