GOT AN UH-OH!? WE'VE GOT ANSWERS.

Everything you need to know before, during and after the uh-oh.

STAINS HAPPEN. WE'VE GOT YOU.

Okay, but what can I actually use these on?

The short answer? A lot.

Uh-Oh! is made for the everyday stuff that somehow ends up on your clothes — baby food, berries, milk, chocolate, coffee, makeup, deodorant and those mysterious marks you have absolutely no idea how you got.

For delicate or special-care fabrics, always check the garment's care instructions first.

Why are there enzymes in my wipes?

Because we didn't want to make just another wet wipe.

Enzymes help target and break down the components of certain stains, giving Uh-Oh! a little extra stain-fighting power beyond simply wiping the mess away.

Tiny wipe. Clever formula. Big difference.

How do I use an Uh-Oh!?

First rule: don't panic.

01 — Catch it early
The sooner you tackle a stain, the better.

02 — Dab it
Gently lift away as much of the mess as you can. Avoid aggressively scrubbing it further into the fabric.

03 — Wipe it away
Use Uh-Oh! to gently work over the stain, moving from the outside towards the middle.

04 — Let it dry
Blot away any excess moisture and leave it to air dry. Skip the hairdryer — heat can make some stains harder to remove.

Do I need to add water?

Nope. Open, wipe, done.

Uh-Oh! is ready to use straight from the pack, so there's no running to the bathroom, finding a cloth or trying to make a DIY stain-removing potion when you're already late.

Can Uh-Oh! be used on any fabric?

Uh-Oh! is designed for everyday clothing and fabrics, but every fabric is different.

For delicate, dark, heavily dyed or dry-clean-only fabrics, we recommend testing a small hidden area first. Always follow the care instructions on your garment.

Is it safe for babies?

Uh-Oh! is designed to be used on clothing, not skin, so it's not intended to be rubbed directly onto your baby's skin.

As with any cleaning product, keep the wipes away from little hands and mouths.

What if the stain doesn't disappear straight away?

Some stains are more stubborn than others — especially if they've had time to settle in.

Give it another go rather than declaring the outfit officially dead. For particularly stubborn or set-in stains, you may need to repeat the process or follow the garment's usual stain-treatment instructions.

Why is there a mark around where I cleaned?

Some fabrics can leave a temporary water mark or ring when spot cleaned. It's nothing to panic about.

Try gently dabbing around the edges with a clean, slightly damp section of the wipe, then let the fabric air dry naturally.

Can I use a hairdryer to speed things up?

We know. You're probably already running late.

But put the hairdryer down.

Avoid applying heat while the area is wet, as heat can set some stains and make them even harder to remove.

Anything else I should know?

Just this:

Uh-Oh! is for the messes you can see — not an excuse to stop wearing white.

So go ahead. Wear the white outfit. Eat the berries. Have the coffee.

We've got the uh-ohs covered.

Will Uh-Oh! work on old, set-in stains?

Uh-Oh! is made for the moment the uh-oh happens — because catching a stain before it has time to settle gives you the best chance of getting it out.

Got a stain that's been sitting there since last Tuesday? Give it a go, but results can vary with older, dried-in or stubborn stains.

Our advice? Don't wait for laundry day. Tackle the uh-oh while it's still an uh-oh.
